Predict sensitivity (IC50 values) of TCGA samples to hundreds of anti-cancer drugs using pRRophetic algorithm, and analyze the correlation between target gene expression levels and drug sensitivity. This tool helps identify drugs potentially regulated by specific gene expression, providing references for precision medicine and personalized medication. The tool automatically screens drugs significantly correlated with the target gene and generates correlation scatter plots.
